As a business owner, I have learnt that you have to be adaptable and be able to make changes to your business model. The reason why I am telling you this is because Ed and I have made the decision that we are going to stop The Village Restaurant events after our upcoming tour.

When we started The Wandering Kitchen we didn’t really know what was going to happen, but we knew that we had to get people to eat our food and so The Village Restaurant was born. I can’t say too much at the moment but amazing opportunities and new adventures have been presented to us and it means that once they are in play we won’t have the time to do The Village Restaurants after this Spring.

I am a great believer of ending something on a high and we have really enjoyed our time doing The Village Restaurant events and we are very grateful to everyone that has supported us, eaten with us and given us encouragement.

But this does mean that you only have six more chances to come and eat our food in your villages, so if you are one of those people that has been saying, ‘We’ll go next time’, you need to act fast and book your place (please see dates and links below).

One feature we will be changing for these last events is that we are asking you to bring your own booze. That means you can enjoy your favourite tipple with your meal. We would recommend a visit to Ian the Wine Man in Yattendon; he has our menu, so can advise on something to accompany your meal perfectly.

See you at The Wandering Kitchen,
