About The Wandering Kitchen

The owners of The Wandering Kitchen are husband and wife team Ed Chapman and Jo Chapman.

Ed trained as a chef and worked at outside catering events such as Henley Regatta, Henley Festival, Royal Ascot as well as various golf tournaments. He also held the position of head chef in a well known Berkshire restaurant. He left the catering industry to work in sales six years ago and traveled the country tasting the best of the country’s cuisine along the way.

Jo spent 10 years wandering from Stoke on Trent to Swansea to Toronto and landed in Oxfordshire ten years ago. Like Ed, she also started her career in the catering industry and ran coffee shops in Stoke-on-Trent and Toronto. Previous to starting The Wandering Kitchen, she had a successful career in marketing and organising events but missed the pace and excitement of the kitchen.

Jo’s and Ed’s love of traveling and food are united in The Wandering Kitchen.
